Here is what happened in the 2012-2013 School Year!
BOOK FAIR
What an exciting finish we have had to our Share the love, Share a book contest! In total we collected an amazing 3,962 books for Lincoln School and Baxter Community Center!!! That is a crazy amount of books! The two classes with the highest totals were Ms. Crampton with 421 books and Ms. Burns with 340 books. A big thank you to all that brought in books! Our book fair sales for the year have raised over $13, 000 for our media center. These funds have gone to a state of the art media center at our own school. In addition our kiddos get to see up close and personal "the joy of giving" expressed in book donations!! Love how we shared the love this Valentine's Day!!!
BOX TOPS
As a school, we collected 35,212 Box Tops! Now that is amazing!!! Our goal this year was to raise $2,000 from Box Tops. We almost doubled our goal by bringing in $3,500!! Thanks to our Box Top committee for all the hard work you put in!! Another thanks to our families that donated Box Tops!! Just another reason why Knapp Forest loves their families!! They are always up for a challenge!!! Congratulations Mrs. Crampton and Ms. Burn's classes. Soon you will be celebrating with a delicious pizza party!!!
